SHAPE SHIFTER
As of 3/26/2010, I have officially lost 102lbs. I started this adventure exactly fifteen months ago. If you had told me fifteen months ago that it would take me fifteen months to loose 100 pounds, I probably would have never started.

CHANGELING
About this time last year I weighed 334lbs. I felt like crap and actually thought I was dying. Like most decisions I make in life, I decided to go to my brothers’ gym.
